Welcome!

Welcome to Quarter Horse Dressage!!

This blog is going to follow my journey, travels and adventures in my new world of Dressage. Oh, and my horse of course. Our journey will cover a lot, including getting my 18-year-old QH back into shape to start showing Beginner Dressage next year, our newly-started Barefoot Journey and anything else that happens in our life together.

About Dollar

Dollar (Cee Kay Sash) is a registered 1992 QH gelding that I have owned since 1994. I got him as a 2-year-old for Christmas and we have been inseperable since. We've been through many ups and downs in our 16 years together, including a huge tendon injury, Dollar being sold in 2002 and gone for almost 8 years and finally finding his way back to me in the spring of 2010. He is my all-around horse that is extremely dependable and have done everything together, including doing shows and chasing cows. We are starting our in our new discipline of Dressage and tracking our progress through our training. Feel free to follow us on our journey.
